This role is the engine behind our club business. As the Sales Operations Specialist for the Club Channel, you will support one of our emerging brands by managing item setup, inventory, reporting and systems that keep everything moving. You’ll be the connective tissue between Sales and internal teams, helping turn plans into execution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate item setup, inventory visibility, reporting, and seamless execution of programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, system‑savvy, and thrives behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly in order to support the company’s efforts to grow volume and profit.
What Will I Be Doing
Establishes productive, professional relationships with internal departments and external customers at assigned levels. Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. On‑going analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution for all brands/categories. Maintains accurate performance information of customers. Develop the tactics and resources plan for initiatives to ensure effective execution and communication plan of action to all stakeholders. Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree in business/marketing, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5‑7 years of sales support sales experience: preferably with a consumer‑packaged goods organization. Experience working with Costco, Sam’s, BJ’s, Jetro/Restaurant Depot. Must reside in SO CAL Metro Area (LA). Mandatory Skills
Experience working with Club Channel Customers (Costco, Sam’s, BJ’s) Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, Teams, and Word). Proficient in IRI/Circana, GDSN, One World Sync, Order and other Platforms (Rithum, Magento, Oracle, Vendor Portals, etc.). Knowledgeable of EDI replenishment programs, item setup, shipping schedules and supply chain requirements for Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s. Frequently support preparation for joint business planning meetings including selling decks, analytics, sample requisitions, etc. Create Ad Hoc sales and analytic reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis as needed. Able to effectively communicate externally and internally to ensure high customer service levels. Proven track record of effective trade expense and accrual management. Ability to create effective and dynamic presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experience in scheduling demos, tracking payments and related expenses, etc. Experience in handling customer deductions, completing customer forms. Other Relevant Skills
Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and follow‑up skills. Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large multi‑level and/or cross‑functional teams. Commitment and ability to succeed within a complex organization. Great interpersonal skills. Detail & results oriented. Superior oral/written communication capability. Analytical & critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and organize in a fast‑paced environment. Spanish language fluency a plus, but not required.
