Position:
Sales Trainee
Immediate Hiring!
We are expanding rapidly and hiring both
experienced roofing sales reps
and
motivated trainees.
Qualified candidates must have a proven background in sales.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
Previous sales experience
(roofing sales is preferred but not required)
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working outdoors and visiting homeowners
Willing and capable to perform roof inspections.
Reliable transportation (car/truck)
Responsibilities:
Canvass assigned neighborhood and find homes with old or damaged roofing
Perform roof inspections and identify storm or age-related damage
Educate homeowners on roofing options, insurance restoration, and the sales process
Present estimates and close deals
Position Offer:
Earn
$150,000 to $250,000
per year (Top reps can earn up to $450K!)
