Role Description This full‑time on‑site Account Executive role is based in Albuquerque, NM. The Account Executive will engage in developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and creating customized advertising solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, closing deals, executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets while collaborating with team members and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation
Experience with client relationship management and strong interpersonal communication skills
Understanding of advertising, marketing principles, and media sales
Ability to develop creative advertising solutions tailored to client needs
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other digital tools to track and manage accounts
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
Prior experience in radio/media sales or a related industry is beneficial
