Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*
What you'll be doing as an Inside Sales Associate:
Help customers find the right products and solutions for their needs
Explain product features, benefits, and services
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Ask for customer feedback to improve service
Coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time service
Support branch sales goals and merchandising plans
Recommend additional products to increase sales
Answer phone calls and emails promptly
Process payments and apply them to customer accounts
Coordinate product pickups with the warehouse
Restock shelves and reorder inventory as needed
Resolve customer service issues professionally
Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old to work with PeopleReady
Bachelor's degree required
Valve experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid math skills
Ability to manage customer concerns and resolve issues
Monitor and track customer orders
Support sales and marketing efforts to drive positive customer outcomes
Oversee and manage all product lines
Must pass a drug test
Background check required
