This role is vital for driving the sales strategy for our partner in the SaaS industry. As the Head of Sales, you will have a profound impact on the company's revenue performance while creating and executing a scalable sales infrastructure. You will lead a small but growing team, building playbooks and performance expectations that align with the organization's goals. Accountabilities

Own revenue performance, forecasting, and sales operating cadence

Carry an individual quota and close strategic, high-impact deals

Lead SDRs and AEs with 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and coaching

Build sales playbooks, messaging, and outreach standards

Define pricing models and support contract and MSA review

Design comp plans, quotas, territories, and performance expectations

Maintain Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and data quality

Partner with Marketing on pipeline health and demand generation

Bring market feedback to Product and leadership for roadmap decisions

Present sales results, KPIs, and plans to executives and the board

Requirements

5+ years of quota‑carrying B2B SaaS sales experience required

3+ years of sales team management (including SDR/BDRs) experience required

Salesforce administration experience required

Forecasting and revenue modeling experience required

Benefits

Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
