Archer Mechanical specializes in sustainable mechanical and plumbing systems, providing design-build, design-assist, new construction, additions, remodels, retrofits, service, and preventative maintenance.

The organization has been established since 1987 and has continued to grow rapidly over the past 36 years. Archer Mechanical produces a higher-value product cost-effectively and efficiently using progressive construction planning technologies, advanced construction materials, and manufacturing methods, reducing safety risks, schedule durations, and congestion on the job site while enhancing the construction results.

As a key member of the Archer Mechanical Building Services Department, the Account Manger is responsible for cultivating and retaining high‑value customer relationships. This role serves as a strategic partner to our clients, identifying critical system issues and delivering comprehensive solutions through expert consultation on equipment service and maintenance procedures. By effectively navigating both new and existing accounts, you will ensure our clients receive world‑class support tailored to their specific facility needs.

The account manager will take a hands‑on approach to evaluating problematic systems, providing accurate pricing for preventative maintenance, emergency services, and vital equipment upgrades. Beyond technical advisory, you will be tasked with meeting sales targets and expanding our preventative maintenance portfolio to drive long‑term growth. Our ideal candidate is a result driven professional with 2+ years sales experience and a proven ability to manage multiple client priorities.

Responsibilities

Build and retain relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide customers with pricing options for HVAC preventative maintenance, emergency service, equipment replacements, and building upgrades.

Evaluate problematic systems or facilities and determine what maintenance or repair services are needed for them to function properly.

Maintain and grow preventative maintenance accounts.

Work with existing customers to identify current problems and provide solutions.

Discuss equipment service and maintenance procedures with clients.

Keep updated on industry trends and technologies to better serve and advise customers.

Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by the organization.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales environment.

Experience managing multiple clients.

Possession of a current and valid Utah Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Ability to pass pre‑employment screening.
