Salary Range and benefits: $ 110k-$130K/YR plus medical, dental, 401K and vacation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement HR strategies aligned with our multi-franchise growth.
Lead new hire onboarding and retention across sales, service, and parts teams.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices across all rooftops.
Drive a positive culture that embraces diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices across all rooftops, including always staying up to date with changes to state and federal employment laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field; SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
HR leadership, ideally in automotive or multi-location settings.
Strong background in both sales and service HR operations
Deep knowledge of talent management, compliance, and organizational development.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a passion for building a thriving workplace culture.
Experience in providing training and counseling to employees on HR issues.
Experience in conducting workplace investigations
Working knowledge of all relevant employment laws and ability to implement programs to ensure compliance and enforcement.
