Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Terra-Vaults headquarters in Gainesville, TX. In this role, you will drive sales of our polymer-based products to telecom and utility distributors through inbound and outbound communications. You will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. This position is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in inside sales, preferably in industrial or construction-related products.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing telecom and utility distributors to promote Terra-Vaults' polymer-based products
Respond to inbound inquiries, provide product information, quotes, and technical details to support customer needs.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales leads, utilizing CRM software to track interactions and progress.
Collaborate with the outside sales team, product specialists, and distributors to customize solutions and resolve any issues.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas by identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends in telecom and utilities to effectively position our products.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Participate in virtual trade shows, webinars, and training sessions as needed.
