Position Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager at Amped Fitness. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing all South East locations which consist of Three Lakes/Kendall area, Doral, and Pembroke Pines sales revenue and operations. This role is crucial in ensuring each facility meets its financial and membership goals while fostering a positive, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has a proven track record in sales, and is experienced in gym management and team leadership.

Duties

Maintaining company culture and energy

Sales Strategies & Goals: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for each location

Team Leadership & Development: mentor General Managers and all staff across multiple locations. Focus on fostering a strong team culture that prioritizes member satisfaction and operational success.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance overall profitability and member retention.

Collaborate with each department (e.g., personal training, front desk, membership sales) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Maintaining customer relationships and customer service

Personal Training Oversight: Ensure personal training programs maintain a healthy draft and support growth.

Qualifications

Strong Leadership and development of teams

Sales Management, Sales Strategy Development, and Sales Team Management skills

Customer Relationship Management and Sales Target Achievement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze sales data and trends

Previous experience in a sales management role

Previous experience in leading a team and/or district
