Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining urgent and primary care for pets, and we’re seeking a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families.

Who You Are
Veterinary or Animal Care Experience: Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences
What You’ll Do
Client Support & Coordination: Serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out
Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency
Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care
Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment
Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit
This is an onsite position requiring coverage across multiple clinic locations
Weekend shifts are included as part of the regular schedule
