
Personal Assistant (High-Profile Family Office)

Confidential Search We are conducting a highly confidential search for an experienced, polished, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a private family in Highland Park.
This role is approximately
90% personal support and 10% executive-level administrative support .
It is ideal for a highly proactive “doer” who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic environment and understands the level of discretion required when supporting private individuals and high-net-worth households.
About the Role This is a highly trusted position supporting a successful entrepreneur and a private principal within the family. The role is heavily focused on personal and household coordination, with light executive-level administrative support.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of supporting high-net-worth households and is comfortable operating with discretion, flexibility, and a service-minded approach.
This is
not a traditional 8–5 role . Availability outside standard business hours is required, along with a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities Personal & Household Support (Primary Focus)
Oversee coordination of two residences (Texas and California)
Coordinate seasonal and large-scale home events (notably major celebrations and holiday gatherings)
Prepare out-of-state residence ahead of family visits (several times annually)
Assist with travel preparation and home readiness
Provide occasional house-sitting when the family travels
Coordinate pet care, vet appointments, and dog-related needs
Executive & Administrative Support (Secondary Focus)
Coordinate travel (air, hotel, ground transportation)
Send correspondence on behalf of principal
Prepare light reports and handle administrative tasks
Maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Serve as a reliable right-hand support partner
Ideal Candidate Profile
5–10+ years of experience in personal assistant, household manager, or high-touch executive support roles
Demonstrated longevity and loyalty in prior positions
Highly trustworthy with strong personal integrity
Comfortable supporting private principals with discretion and professionalism
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Flexible schedule and open to occasional overnight house-sitting
Strong communication skills and polished presence
Comfortable managing confidential financial and personal information
Salary up to $120K (DOE)
