Responsibilities:
Execute B2B collections across diverse client profiles with varying requirements.
Manage lien waivers, track government fund disbursements, and handle specialized documentation.
Understand and adapt to each customer’s billing and documentation needs.
Build and maintain detailed customer profiles, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
Communicate with clients using tailored approaches based on audience and situation.
Requirements:
Must be able to commute to Livonia, MI
2+ years of experience with B2B collections, ideally with varied customer profiles
Ability to pivot approaches effectively, based on each customer's situation
Strong organizational skills for managing and gathering client documentation
