The Role Within the QualityDocs strategy team, your focus is to own the QualityDocs Standards and Alliances. You will be responsible for evolving the quality content model and common standards based on industry regulations and practices. Manages and oversees the QualityDocs specific partnerships for greater customer and product ecosystem success. Works in a cross functional manner spanning product, strategy, sales, and services as a subject matter expert and represents the voice of the customer. The role requires a deep understanding of the global quality life sciences document management space.
Opportunities are available across the United States for this role; this is a remote position. There is no work location requirement if a candidate is in close proximity to an airport and able to meet travel requirements. Qualified U.S.-based candidates are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
Leads industry working groups and alliances to influence global standards, ensuring QualityDocs maintains its position as the market-defining solution
Owns and evolves the quality content model and common standards, translating regulatory shifts into actionable product requirements
Be a thought leader that identifies “friction points” where harmonization is lacking; develop the value messaging and strategic plan to lead customers through these transitions
Takes ownership of key technology and AI partnerships that are critical to the QualityDocs ecosystem and integration success
Works cross functionally with product, strategy, services to contribute to the future direction and vision of QualityDocs
Partners with post implementation teams and business consulting for internal enablement on the “Greater Why” of compliance and industry best practices
Requirements
2+ years in customer facing roles (i.e. sales, consulting, solution consulting, etc.)
5+ years of experience working directly with document management systems supporting Quality and GxP business areas
Proficiency in document management, product development lifecycle, and proposing solutions to common adoption challenges
Experience representing organizational data integrity practices and document management to external regulators and inspectors
Ability to facilitate strategic sessions collaborating with industry peers to distill and influence key objectives and innovation
Ability to hold meaningful conversations with Quality and IT personnel of various different organizational sizes
Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 20%
Nice to Have
Experienced with developing business cases for change
Industry experience with GMP quality content, training management, quality systems processes, manufacturing, or QC

Compensation
Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
