Qualifications
Strong background in Case Management and Social Services to effectively support individuals and families
Proficiency in Social Housing and Affordable Housing practices to develop sustainable housing solutions
Experience with Property Management to oversee housing logistics and ensure compliance with regulations
Ability to advocate for clients and forge partnerships with housing providers
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple cases efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
