
Associate Director of Enrollment Operations and Financial Aid

This is an exempt, 12‑month, full‑time position and must adhere to the regulations stipulated in the Mount Marty University Staff Handbook. This position provides overall customer service and administrative support, managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Slate CRM for importing and exporting data to and from external vendors and the student information system. The incumbent will meet with current students to answer financial aid questions, generate financial aid award letters with the financial aid counselor, and oversee the work‑study allocation and job placement process.
Responsibilities
Lead data integration efforts between the business office and financial aid, and between the admission office and financial aid, including being the campus lead on work with Constituo, the firm that coordinates the integration of campus systems.
Manage, with the director, the federal work‑study program.
Train admission office staff on the CRM system.
Partner with the IT department to ensure the data integration between the CRM and the student information system runs smoothly.
Identify and develop business practices and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce the time required to update contact data in both the admission and financial aid offices.
Award incoming and returning students institutional, outside, and federal aid.
Assist the director on the yearly financial aid audit.
May supervise the campus visit and operations coordinator, pending departmental needs.
Manage application processes (Professional Development Institute, dual credit, etc.).
Oversee donor scholarship awarding and reporting.
Oversee financial aid for Watertown campus students, including setting accurate Cost of Attendance budgets and packaging federal aid in compliance with institutional and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred experience in college admission and/or financial aid offices, but not required.
