Summary This role is responsible for managing client relationships (financial professionals) and working with RVPs, Osaic Leadership, Advisor Engagement team, Relationship Leaders, internal/ external channel, and Osaic internal partners. This role is also responsible for managing our existing relationships, expanding relationships, and helping shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care.
Responsibilities Advisor Retention Work with appropriate teams and advisors to increase retention probability and showcase strategic value.
Identifying areas of opportunity for retention, achieving trust and confidence with financial professionals.
Report high risk issues and trends through delegated channels for escalations.
Leverage OWI resources, partners, and dedicated subject matter experts in service related or operational tasks to provide the highest level of care and attention.
Assist with issue identification and directing resolution to the right area(s). Act as an advocate in helping financial professionals resolve issues.
Manage cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and successful execution.
Identify “At-Risk” professionals and document contact or communications in Salesforce.
Assist with Regional Meetings, working with venues and sponsors that will have a greater impact on financial professionals.
Assist with Elite Producer meetings – 2 ½ day event, work with venue and sponsors to come up a meeting that is not only educational but beneficial to sponsors and financial professionals.
Advisor Experience Increase advisor experience with appropriate advisors/teams while bringing value and providing applicable resources.
Partnering with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support for firm initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of current and proposed initiatives, identifying and sharing areas of improvement, observations, and relevant trends with “real-time” impact to Osaic professional and client base.
Tailor services to meet the specific needs where time demands it and apply insights to mitigate negative impacts and enhance positive outcomes.
Serves as a liaison for the Teams division, our leadership, RVPs/RL’s and financial professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments at OWI.
Advisor Growth Partner with Relationship Leaders utilize Osaic resources and teams to foster and increase advisor growth across appropriate advisor populations.
Visit financial professionals in their offices to assist them in managing their practice and helping them to grow their practices.
Assist them with Succession Planning as they look towards retirement.
Participate in territory recruiting efforts.
Research data and information to provide insight and recommendations to the team.
Work with Osaic (Premier Trust, Highland Capital, LT) partners to expand the business by providing insight for OWI full line of services to expand our overall market share.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience will be considered.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management including familiarity with multiple functions within a firm
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated results building relationships and delivering impact with Financial Professionals
Strong communication skills including presentation, written and verbal
Prior successful experience managing teams
Experience with evolving technologies of customer operations, tools and platforms
Demonstrated ability to effect and manage change within an independent financial professional’s business.
Proven history of results in engaging with financial professional practices and driving positive and productive outcomes.
Preferred Requirements
FINRA License(s): Series 6/7 and (63 and 65) or 66, Series 24
