WHAT ARE SOME OF THE COOL PROJECTS DESIGNED AND BUILT
Hoists for the world’s second heaviest on‑shore lifter at 13,000 tons
High speed winches and control system for a 2,000‑foot artificial surfing pool
Gate hoists on the largest infrastructure project in Canada
Mechanical stage device for Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas
Shaft sinking winches with 110,000 lbs line pull for mining projects in Australia
Mooring and riser pull‑in systems for multiple offshore energy projects world‑wide
Hoists for aqueduct construction which supplies 50% of drinking water to New York City
What You Will Do
Actively promote Timberland’s parts business to existing and new customers
Proactively prospect for new part sales business
Liaison with production control, engineering, accounting and shipping departments
Negotiate and place orders for required materials to ensure timely delivery
Who You Are
Proven ability to respond in a timely manner to customer requests
Strong computer skills in MS Excel, MRP systems and accounting software, applied in a work setting
Previous parts/inside sales experience in a manufacturing environment
Intellectually curious, passionate about learning and being the best
Sense of urgency, highly responsive and oriented towards action
Mechanical aptitude an asset
Experience reading engineering drawings
Can‑do attitude, and respond in all situations with a positive and energized attitude
Diploma in business, supply chain or engineering
