What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Exceed monthly revenue quotas by identifying prospective customers and converting leads into sales
Collaborate with marketing and Sales Solutions Engineer to coordinate the sales process and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and pricing with the Regional Sales Director and/or Chief Commercial Officer
Maintain customer information in the CRM (HubSpot) and partner with marketing to refine sales strategies
Represent the employer at trade shows and travel for onsite demonstrations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5+ years of account executive experience, preferably in sleep medicine sales
Proven experience closing business in a health system
Strong clinical aptitude, business acumen, and work ethic
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to collaborate with a dynamic team
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, focusing on remote selling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare software sales or Software as a Medical Device (SaaS)
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Previous experience at a startup or technology company
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
A hunter mindset with creative thinking abilities
