About the Job Location:
Cincinnati, OH
The role is open to Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technicians or Licensed Practical Nurses with long‑term care experience. The Account Executive will service and oversee relationships with long‑term care facilities and assisted living communities in the Cincinnati area under the supervision of the Account Executive Manager, in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.
An Account Executive must have a solid understanding of the solutions to provide adequate support and maintain long‑term relationships, demonstrating excellent customer service and consistency with SpecialtyRx mission and values.

Account Executive Responsibilities
Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.
Ability to relate to client needs.
Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.
Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.
Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back‑up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired.
Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.
Account Executive Qualifications
License in Healthcare preferred.
Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician with long‑term care experience preferred.
Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience.
Pharmacy Background.
Leadership experience is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.
Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information.
Driven and motivated problem‑solver.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Willing to drive in the State of Ohio.
