
Commission Sales Associate

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and effectively promoting company products or services. The role will also include negotiating contracts, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Sales experience, customer engagement, negotiation, and client management abilities
Understanding of market trends and ability to generate leads
Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant sales software is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Availability to work full-time in a remote setting with a flexible schedule
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business is advantageous
