
The
Associate Account Executive
is an early-career, client-facing sales role within Vrize’s technology consulting business and is designed for recent graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience. You will partner with senior Client Partners to generate new client conversations through outreach, research, and participation in active opportunities while learning the full B2B consulting sales cycle. As performance develops, you will take on increasing ownership of opportunities and client communication, progressing toward managing accounts and contributing to new business growth. Work Setting:
Hybrid — 3 days in office (Plano or Frisco, TX) Responsibilities: Research target accounts, industries, and contacts to support senior sales leaders in early‑stage prospecting. Prepare materials for client discovery calls, including background research, notes, and meeting briefs. Participate in client meetings to observe, take notes, and support follow‑up actions. Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, statements of work, and other sales documentation. Maintain accurate CRM records by updating activities, logging interactions, and organizing account information. Coordinate meeting scheduling, follow‑ups, and internal communication between sales, delivery, and technical teams. Support event preparation, logistics, and onsite coordination for client engagements and industry events. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and relevant technology topics to build foundational industry knowledge. Collaborate with senior sales leaders to learn Vrize’s services, delivery model, and consultative sales approach. Contribute to internal sales operations tasks such as pipeline organization, reporting updates, and document management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (business, communications, technology, or related fields welcome). 0–2 years of experience in a client‑facing, sales‑adjacent, or professional services environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Coachable, curious, and eager to learn the fundamentals of B2B technology consulting sales.
