
Entry‑Level Sales Opportunity – Midwest Territory
Location: Wisconsin & Minnesota
Position: Full‑Time

We provide inmate banking software, commissary services, pod kiosks, and communication solutions to correctional facilities. What sets us apart? What You’ll Do
Build relationships with correctional facilities across Wisconsin & Minnesota
Present and demonstrate Stellar’s solutions to prospective customers
Generate new business through cold outreach, meetings, demos, and site visits
Support customer onboarding and installations alongside our internal teams
Track leads, opportunities, and activity inside our CRM (Pipeline)
Assist with proposals and RFP responses
Attend trade shows and marketing events in your territory
Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and presentation skills
Competitive mindset with a drive to win
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Comfortable with cold outreach and in‑person meetings
Willingness to travel (75%+ travel required)
Ability to work flexible hours when needed
Valid driver’s license
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required — we’re willing to train the right person who is hungry to grow.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (3–5 year contract terms)

$40/day meal reimbursement for overnight travel
$35/month home internet reimbursement
