Oversee sales and account health in select exclusive markets as a Principal Agent. Lead and onboard a team of agents working under them; may utilize commission to onboard and manage a team. Support the Agency in sell-in and salon support while SAYN PRO handles shipping, fulfillment, payment processing, rewards, customer service, and education. Compensation and Employment Type
Principal Agents are paid a 1099 commission on sales made to their assigned states, and may utilize that commission to onboard and manage a team of agents. Work Arrangement
