Tax Workflow - CoCounsel Sales Specialist The Tax Workflow - CoCounsel Sales Specialist is responsible for customer migration and increasing CoCounsel revenue, usage, and market‑share in their assigned account territory. The CoCounsel Sales Specialist leverages expertise in customer relations, practice experience, negotiations, and product mastery to increase product usage, remove obstacles, and communicate overall product value to top‑tier customers. This role operates as a high‑volume, execution‑oriented sales motion, requiring strong phone‑based selling skills, structured needs analysis, ROI‑driven value articulation, and exceptional operational discipline. Success is measured by migration velocity, deal throughput, and revenue activation.

About the Role

Drive Results: Meet monthly conversion volume and revenue migration requirements.

Sales Process: Align with workflow methodology and digital forward work stream.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date migration portfolio via business system logging requirements.

Revenue Growth + Expansion: Focus on growing client ACV and expanding accounts.

About You

Demonstrated experience exceeding expectations as a customer‑facing professional and meeting broader strategic objectives.

Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone.

High degree of professionalism and strong leadership skills.

Well‑developed customer‑facing skills.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Superior CRM knowledge and technical skills (Salesforce, Gong, CoCounsel, etc.).

Target total cash compensation range: $136,500 – $253,500 USD (US locations).
