Exhibit Pros is seeking an
Exhibition Account Manager
to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for leading client relationships and managing custom trade show exhibit projects from initial discovery through execution and closeout.
The Exhibition Account Manager plays a pivotal role in transforming client visions into successful trade show exhibits. This position owns the project lifecycle from initial client discovery through execution and closeout, ensuring projects are feasible, well-coordinated, and delivered to scope, schedule, and budget.
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the Exhibition Account Manager works closely with internal design, production, warehouse teams, and external vendors to guide projects forward. This role requires strong judgment, the ability to make informed real‑time feasibility decisions, and the confidence to move projects ahead without unnecessary hand offs or reliance on ownership for day‑to‑day approvals.
This position is ideal for an experienced exhibit or event professional who understands both the client‑facing and operational sides of trade show production and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to show floor.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and Design:
Collaborate with clients and the creative design team to translate client goals into build‑ready exhibit concepts that align with objectives, budget, and execution requirements.
Client Communication:
Lead discovery calls and serve as the primary client contact from initial concept through project closeout.
Project & Proposal Review:
Own proposal review and scope validation to ensure alignment with discovery, feasibility, and execution requirements.
Cost Estimation:
Estimate, manage, and track all project costs including labor, materials, purchases, rentals, fabrication, and third‑party services while protecting gross margins.
Project Oversight:
Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show projects end‑to‑end, making informed real‑time decisions to keep work moving forward.
Vendor Management:
Identify, source, and manage external vendors and fabrication partners based on build requirements and prior exhibit experience.
Workforce Planning:
Plan labor and resource needs for exhibit builds, installations, and dismantle.
Schedule Management:
Own project schedules and critical deadlines including customer previews, ship dates, show dates, and return dates.
Quality & Closure:
Maintain final quality standards and ensure timely project closeout with a positive client experience.
Systems Management:
Utilize ERP and project management systems to track project progress, costs, and execution details.
Team Leadership:
Provide direction and oversight to contractors, employees, and vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
Requirements
Proven experience in project or account management within the exhibit, trade show, events, or experiential industry.
Strong understanding of exhibit production, materials, vendor coordination, and build processes.
Ability to estimate and manage project budgets while maintaining profitability.
Consultative closing experience in a warm‑lead, project‑based environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
Hands‑on exposure to warehouse operations, show‑site installation, or experiential production environments.
Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or project management systems.
