Job Description
Kaye Bender Rembaum is a full-service commercial law firm dedicated to the representation of community associations throughout Florida. Our Tampa office is actively seeking a Community Association Attorney with at least
three to five years of experience
to join our thriving and growing law firm.
The successful candidate will focus on
transactional issues for our Community Association clients. This is not a Litigation position
Must have license to practice as an attorney in the State of Florida.

Assessment Collections
Construction Defect Claims
Contract Drafting and Negotiation
Covenant Enforcement
Fair Housing
Land Use and Zoning
Litigation and Arbitration
Master / Sub Association Issues
Pre and Post Turnover Planning
Review and Amendments of Covenants
Exposure to community associations or corporate law is a plus.
Effectively communicate in writing with counsel, clients, and actively engage in all aspects of a thriving community association practice.
Display energetic, positive, talented, and highly motivated attitude combined with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
Ability to speak to audiences regarding clients’ questions or concerns.
Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
Qualified applicants must have the motivation, personality, and dedication to produce the highest quality work. This is an in-office position, with flexibility as needed. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commute to our Tampa office.
