Your Tasks
Provide administrative support to Engineers, Account Servicing Teams, and internal stakeholders.
Pre-populate report packages and prepare documentation for upcoming inspections.
Conduct quality checks on reports and project documents prior to client distribution.
Follow up internally on outstanding reports and ensure timely completion from field staff and reviewers.
Update Account Service Instructions and ensure client requirements and distribution details remain current.
Provide external client support, including report updates, inquiries, and project coordination when needed.
Manage data entry related to inspection close-out (dates, contacts, documentation).
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple detailed tasks.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate effectively across groups.
Preferred
College degree preferred but not required.
Willingness to grow and take on expanded coordinating responsibilities.

Additional Information
The anticipated hourly base pay range for this full-time position is $25/hour- $26/hour. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
Standard office-based work environment involving extended periods of computer and phone use.
Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.
