Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced
UI/UX Designer
to join our team onsite in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs and delivering engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience requirements
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
Design responsive web and mobile interfaces
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems
Improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
Required Skills
9+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end basics (preferred)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience designing enterprise applications
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
