Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Minneapolis, MN. The Account Manager will manage commercial client relationships, build new client connections, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts from initial client interaction and throughout the contract, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to meet project timelines and budgets. The role will also involve identifying upsell opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
Ability to oversee project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure project delivery
Experience in sales, client account management, or business development
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficient in using project management and customer relationship tools (e.g., CRM software)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Must be very organized and self-motivated
