Collins Aerospace Human Resources is seeking a visionary Enterprise Change Operational Excellence Lead (individual contributor) to support high-impact initiatives that are reshaping the way we work. In this influential, business-facing role, you’ll partner with the Enterprise Change Lead to support senior executives, advise top leaders, and empower teams to navigate complex organizational change. From helping develop the change management strategy through assisting change management activation, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation and enterprise-wide progress.
We’re seeking a dynamic individual with deep operational excellence and project management experience, change management understanding and experience and a track record of turning complex initiatives into streamlined, efficient processes that drive seamless execution of strategy. This role can be worked remotely in the U.S.; Central or Eastern Standard Time preferred.
What You Will Do
Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to Enterprise Change team in execution of initiatives and projects from end-to-end.
Establish project management quality standards and ensure they’re met through validation processes and process improvement methodologies.
Act as a central point of coordination for the Enterprise Change team, designing and managing operating routines to optimize decision making and information flow.
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex, cross-functional change projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Effectively connect the dots across various priorities and initiatives and identify interdependencies between project stakeholders and working teams.
Support the design and execution of change management strategies to ensure employee engagement, adoption, and success of transformation initiatives.
Lead the development, planning, and execution of key change initiatives, taking full ownership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, successful delivery, and measurable outcomes.
Must be willing and able to travel 20% of the time.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
3+ years of direct experience in program management, operational excellence, change management, consulting, or transformation roles.
PowerPoint, Excel, project management and facilitation skills with the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences and prepare executive-ready materials.
Qualifications We Prefer
HR consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise executive-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience driving large-scale change across complex organizations with complex product/service offerings and global footprint.
Experience using data and metrics to analyze and solve business challenges and effectively visualize data for stakeholder consumption.
PMP certification preferred.
Track record managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.
Experience creating and executing change management plans and influencing others.
Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization.
Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate across several businesses and HR departments.
