Position Overview As a Customer Support Representative at Apex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers. You'll assist homeowners with questions about their solar installations, appointments, and general inquiries while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers
Assist customers with questions regarding solar systems, scheduling, and service requests
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers
Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
Resolve basic issues and elevate concerns when needed
Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
Support internal teams with administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
No prior experience required (training provided)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude with a problem‑solving mindset
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
