Required Qualifications
8+ years of overall experience in Program Management or Large-Scale Project Management.
5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing programs.
Strong experience in the Healthcare domain (Payer, Provider, or Health Services), with a clear understanding of regulated healthcare communications.
Proven track record managing multi‑vendor, cross‑functional marketing technology programs.
Strong expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
