What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with various departments to capture requirements and build reporting solutions
Assist in predictive intervention strategy analytics and track the progress of interventions
Develop reporting for Medical Record Review projects and track team productivity
Conduct root cause analysis for business data issues and analyze data sets for trends and anomalies
Support the Quality department with HEDIS measure audits and revenue at risk reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or equivalent discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with complex SQL queries
Familiarity with data science techniques and programming languages like Python and R
1-3 years of experience in statistical analysis and forecasting of trends in HEDIS rates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Microsoft T‑SQL, SSIS, and SSRS
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
Experience in predictive modeling in healthcare quality data
Experience analyzing HEDIS rate tracking and Medical Record Review tracking
