Senior Business Development Executive — SaaS Retail Solutions
Lead the charge in building and closing new business opportunities for a market-leading SaaS platform focused on retail and supply chain outcomes. You’ll drive the full sales cycle — from pipeline creation to contract negotiation — helping retailers modernise operations with enterprise software that solves real business challenges. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (BDRs, Solution Consultants, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver world-class engagements and revenue growth.

solid experience in B2B SaaS sales

retail
accounts
Comfortable leading complex sales cycles, owning pipeline, forecasting, and deal closure
An expert at engaging stakeholders across the organisation — from champions to C-suite — and shaping solutions that clearly articulate value
A strategic hunter: you create demand where it doesn’t yet exist and turn it into revenue

A strong track record of
Business Development
and new logo acquisition in
SaaS
environments
Deep understanding of retail business challenges and how software can transform operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel and meet customers face-to-face as needed – circa 50%
You’ll help shape how retailers adopt modern SaaS solutions — turning insights into impact, opportunities into wins, and relationships into long-term growth.
