Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashville, TN for a 3rd Party Leasing Administrator. The responsibilities include managing lease administration processes, maintaining accurate lease documentation, supporting agreements, and ensuring compliance with lease terms. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting resident retention efforts, and fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The 3rd Party Leasing Administrator will be a key contributor to the overall efficiency and organization of lease-related operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lease Administration and managing lease documentation
Strong Resident Retention and Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and retention
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams and external partners
Familiarity with lease agreements and related processes
Ability to work collaboratively and in a detailed-oriented environment
Prior experience in property management or leasing is a plus
Proficient in relevant software tools and systems
