Sr. Business Analyst / Product Owner

In accordance with client requirements, candidates must be eligible and willing to work on a W2 basis. We’re seeking a proactive Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to guide and shape Salesforce initiatives that deliver real business value. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, prioritize work, and ensure smooth delivery in an Agile environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery, process analysis, and document detailed requirements, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Serve as Product Owner for one or more teams, managing backlogs and ensuring readiness for delivery.
Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and demo sessions to support iterative delivery.
Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, data, and architecture teams to refine solutions and ensure quality implementation.
Test configurations in lower environments and support promotion to production.
Support end-user adoption through UAT, training, and change management initiatives.
Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance product performance while minimizing delivery risks.
What You Bring
7–10+ years in business analysis, product ownership, or a blended role.
5+ years hands‑on Salesforce platform experience (beyond the CRM UI).
Strong expertise in Agile practices, backlog management, and user story creation.
Track record navigating complex systems, integrations, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and align diverse teams.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred: CSPO / PSPO, CBAP / PMI‑PBA, SAFe PO/PM certifications.
Nice to Have
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Basic data analysis skills (SQL, reporting tools, or equivalent).
