Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales across our Videography & Photography services, Corporate Events, and Wedding Projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client conversion, and relationship management across B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Handle end-to-end sales for Photography & Videography, Corporate Events, and Wedding projects
Convert inbound leads and generate new leads through calls, meetings, and networking
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages/services
Prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals within defined timelines
Client Coordination
Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) to explain offerings and pricing
Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, creative) for smooth execution
Act as a single point of contact until deal closure
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities in corporate, wedding, and event markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with planners, vendors, and corporate clients
Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients
Reporting & CRM
Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client data
Share regular sales reports and forecasts with management
Ensure proper documentation and handover after closure
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of event industry, photography & videography services
Ability to handle both corporate and wedding clients
Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset
Comfortable with client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in event management, media, production house, or wedding industry
Existing industry contacts will be an added advantage
Willingness to work on weekends during events/weddings (with comp-off as per policy)
