Role Description This is a full-time entry‑level hybrid role for an Outside Sales Business Developer based in Pawtucket, RI that would cover Southern Worcester County, MA, with the flexibility to work remotely four days per week. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, managing accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, offering field service consultations, providing product training, and increasing sales revenue through new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Field Service experience and the ability to provide consultations and support to clients

5 years minimum

Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship-building and effective communication

Proven track record showing growth

Sales and Account Management experience, including identifying new opportunities and managing existing accounts

You're NOT done after the close

Proficiency in providing trainings related to products or services

Corrugated, films and some Packaging Sales preferred.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Ability to travel to client locations as part of the role

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent industry experience required.
