
The Role
We’re hiring for a Growth Business Strategy Manager to drive our next phase of GTM initiatives that directly drive our revenue growth and market expansions. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll own revenue and business initiatives such as enterprise contract development, innovative sales motions, new rev-share partnerships. We're looking for strategic thinkers who can execute.
This is not a “strategy-only” role—you’ll be expected to
roll up your sleeves
and execute, while knowing when to step back and codify processes so others can scale them.
Responsibilities
Lead revenue and business initiatives from conception → execution → measurement.
Design and implement new sales motions including new revenue strategies, and vertical market approaches
Design and test pricing evolution, monetization strategies, and competitive positioning
Develop and execute scalable business playbooks to drive revenue across channels and geographies.
Build reporting systems to track revenue, growth, and operational KPIs.
Introduce efficiencies in business operations and scaling.
Who You Are
Experienced Strategist : 2 to 5 years in management consulting, PE/VC, or GTM at a high-growth tech companies. (Strong candidates) Track record of driving $10M+ revenue impact through strategic initiatives.
Execution-Driven : Thrives in ambiguity, makes fast but thoughtful decisions, and drives projects from 0 → 1.
Analytical Operator : Strong with data, modeling, and creating clarity out of complexity.
Communicator & Influencer : Can distill complex problems into clear narratives for clients, partners, and stakeholders
Low-Ego Builder : Humble, collaborative, and open-minded.
Mission-Aligned : Energized by building a platform that truly serves workers and communities.
