Our client is looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Developer to partner with our Key Account Executive teams and help accelerate growth across major customer portfolios. This role blends relationship-building, analytical insight, and hands-on sales support to expand category penetration—especially within breakroom and coffee program solutions. What You'll Do Partner with account executives and sales leaders to identify new program and transactional opportunities Grow scope of work with new and existing enterprise customers Use CRM tools and customer insights to support compliance, category expansion, and program visibility Assist with onboarding new opportunities and ensuring successful ramp-up Utilize analytics to target high‑value prospects Support pre-sales activities including presentations, pricing, proposals, and product information Manage formal bid and RFP responses Recommend product alternatives to meet customer needs Serve as a secondary seller with a strong focus on breakroom and coffee program solutions Strengthen selling skills in qualification, strategy, closing, and service excellence Understand key operational processes in sourcing, fulfillment, and project coordination Collaborate with vendor partners for product support, samples, and pricing Complete ongoing sales and product training Basic Qualifications Self‑starter with strong motivation to identify and close opportunities Ability to articulate value beyond product features via phone and digital channels Excellent time management and prioritization skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to collaborate effectively across departments Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in sales or sales support Experience in breakroom, coffee services, or janitorial supply industries Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred) Project management skills are a plus Inclusive culture supported by employee-led resource groups 22 days of flexible PTO + 7 paid holidays
