About the Role We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Lead to build and scale a high-performing affiliate channel as a core acquisition engine. This role will own the strategy, expand and activate a strong affiliate base, and drive measurable revenue growth through structured performance partnerships.
This is a builder role for someone with a demonstrated track record of turning affiliate into a meaningful, revenue-driving acquisition channel, with hands‑on experience in Impact and other leading affiliate platforms.
What You’ll Own
Own and scale the affiliate program end-to-end within Impact
Develop the channel strategy, commission structures, and partner tiers
Proactively recruit, onboard, and activate high‑quality affiliates
Identify new verticals and growth opportunities within the affiliate channel
Negotiate placements, content integrations, and performance‑based deals
Monitor attribution, incrementality, and ROI
Optimize partner performance through structured testing and incentive models
Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, lifecycle, and brand teams to align promotions and campaigns
Establish reporting frameworks and performance benchmarks
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships
Hands‑on experience managing and scaling programs within Impact
Proven track record of growing affiliate‑driven revenue
Strong understanding of attribution models and CAC management
Experience recruiting and activating partners proactively
Ability to build processes and structure from the ground up
Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally with paid media, lifecycle, product, and brand teams
Strong Plus
Experience in consumer mobile apps, travel, telecom, subscription, or fintech
Experience expanding affiliate into new performance‑based partnership categories
Experience negotiating commission structures and performance incentives
Understanding of fraud monitoring and compliance within affiliate ecosystems
