As a Small Business Owner, you will be responsible for establishing and fostering relationships with clients, overseeing operational strategies, driving business growth, and leading a dynamic team. Daily tasks include managing all aspects of the insurance agency, developing and implementing business strategies, offering exceptional service to clients, and identifying new growth opportunities within the market. Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service

Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
