Key Responsibilities

Drive the short‑term and long‑term project schedule, identifying and resolving issues that impact delivery timelines.
Partner with project managers, clients, and design professionals to ensure alignment across all phases of construction.
Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and manage punch lists through project completion.
Oversee and record daily on‑site activities, covering workforce tracking, progress documentation, safety briefings, and productivity monitoring.
Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and field testing in compliance with project specs.
Mentor field staff and subcontractor crews, modeling leadership and technical excellence.
Attend and lead weekly coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial construction field supervision (ground‑up builds preferred).
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-million‑dollar projects from site mobilization to final turnover.
Strong grasp of construction techniques, procedures, and systems (electrical, mechanical, and structural).
Familiar with project management apps and on‑site reporting tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead crews and collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers.
OSHA 30 Certification highly preferred.
Background in hospitality, healthcare, or major commercial projects is a bonus.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is a bonus but not required.
