Direct Client Requirement: Business Analyst on W2 Contract Only
Responsibilities
Work directly with product owners and stakeholders to elicit their feedback on customer satisfaction items
Analyze existing customer satisfaction functionality requests with the goal of making business-value based recommendations to Product Owners
Identify internal and external knowledge transfer opportunities
Facilitate requirements JADs and other requirements workshops
Facilitate root cause analysis and make business process improvement recommendations
Assist/conduct requirements training sessions and develop requirements best practices for product delivery
Partner with Development leads to identify opportunities for better collaboration and process improvements
Qualifications
Overall Exp. (in years): 5
Primary Skill: Work directly with product owners and stakeholders to elicit their feedback on customer satisfaction items
Skillset: Java, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, Ajax, BladeLogic, Apache, VMware technologies, Tomcat, WebLogic, Oracle, MS SQL, DB2
Not just a developer or production/application support individual; able to think through problems, own them, and present various options/solutions to FRE team
Support is required 8 X 5; production outages should be addressed 24 X 7
Out of Scope
Managing the underlying or integration infrastructure of the Self Service Portals
Facilitating the workflow approvals or job execution of the requests
Major enhancements of the self-service portals
Formation will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
