We’re looking for a
Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
to lead strategic Salesforce initiatives and partner directly with Commercial Lending, Banking, and Wealth stakeholders. In this highly visible role, you’ll act as the bridge between business and technology—driving requirements, shaping solutions in
Salesforce Service Cloud , and delivering enhancements that improve both employee and client experiences.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into build-ready user stories.
Partner closely with Salesforce developers to drive seamless delivery.
Support Service Cloud enhancements, integrations, testing, and UAT.
Influence backlog prioritization and continuous platform improvement.
What You Bring
5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services (Commercial Banking, Lending, or Wealth).
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a delivery-focused role.
Strong Jira, Agile, and functional testing expertise.
Ability to thrive in complex, regulated environments.
