Remote Role Responsibilities

Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to analyze partner account performance. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for product adoption. Support partner performance, goal tracking, market trends, and forecasting. Identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team. Partner with cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships. Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business objectives with technical and operational constraints. Resolve blocking issues between internal stakeholder groups. Handle the pace and ambiguity of a start-up environment. Qualifications

Must-Have 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management. Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem. Experience working directly with Entertainment partners. Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital, or Entertainment. Self-starter with strong operational background; comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating priorities to leadership and stakeholders. Experience with Data Analysis and public presentations to a diverse audience. Preferred Fluent in Spanish. Application Process
