Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Findlay, OH, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will focus on generating leads, conducting market research, and managing client relationships to drive business growth. Key responsibilities also include identifying potential clients, coordinating with internal teams, delivering presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service while working toward achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and market research skills to assess industry trends and client requirements.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in lead generation strategies and techniques, with a proactive approach to pursuing new business opportunities.
Outstanding customer service abilities to address client needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is advantageous.
