Operate equipment and import documents into document management system.

Will be required to perform hard document scanning, cleaning, indexing and archiving.

Retrieve electronic and hard copy assets from repository for distribution to users, collecting and returning to repository, if necessary.

Search electronic sources, such as databases or repositories, or manual sources for information.

Implement scanning or other automated data entry procedures, using imaging devices and document imaging software.

Identify and classify/index documents or other electronic content according to characteristics

Prepare and record changes to official documents and confirm changes with legal and compliance management staff.

Work with highly sensitive and confidential documents and information.

Operate large plotters and scanners for the purpose of printing and scanning large engineering drawings.

Support the vendor Management Office with documentation, filing and third-party vendor records keeping and updating.

Retrieve electronic and hard copy assets due diligence documentation from repository various sources for distribution to users to upload to third party risk management system of record collecting and returning to repository, if necessary.

Search electronic sources, such as databases or repositories, or manual sources for information due diligence documentation.

Organize information due diligence documentation when received and/or found.

Identify and classify/index due diligence documents or other electronic content according to characteristics

Work with highly sensitive and confidential documents and information.

Track and process vendor due diligence documentation information in Excel and create reports.

Join meetings to resolve issues or discuss aspects of the projects.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Must have 5 or more years of experience with various imaging devices.

Requires a professional attitude and appearance.

Work requires high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Physical activity required includes bending, light lifting, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting. Mental qualifications include ability to index documents.
