Business Summary Deltek Professional Services’ mission is to deliver solutions that help our customers connect and automate the project lifecycle that fuels their business. Our group is responsible for assisting our global clients as they become new members of Deltek’s Project Nation by applying professional services proven methodology in areas such as systems design, configuration, testing, training and solution documentation. Position Responsibilities

Utilize approved AI tools to draft requirements, configuration documents, test cases, and client‑ready documentation, review outputs with senior consultants

Create automations and perform AI‑assisted data transformations for migration and reconciliation activities

Apply responsible AI guidelines, including data privacy, auditability, and documentation of AI usage

Assist senior consultants and clients in end‑to‑end ERP implementations, including discovery, requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and post go‑live support

Track tasks and time against project plans; flag risks and variances to project leads

Document configurations, test cases, risks, and decisions; contribute to reusable assets and internal knowledge bases

Support business process and workflow design, mapping processes such as Record to Report, Hire to Retire, Contract to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Lead to Cash

Shadow senior consultants to learn effective client engagement techniques

Co‑facilitate training sessions and develop adoption materials under senior guidance

Assist with Ground to Cloud migration activities, including discovery, readiness checklists, test file exchanges, and validation reports

Support cloud and SaaS administration tasks, including user and role updates, environment refreshes, and access requests

Review release notes and update SaaS administration documentation and processes

Facilitate cloud service requests and ticket submissions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience accepted

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, hands‑on learning environment

Strong interest in learning new technologies and processes

Collaborative team mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Self‑motivated and proactive, with effective time management and willingness to share knowledge

Inquisitive and eager to learn

Ability to commute to Herndon, VA

Ability to travel as required

US Citizenship is required for this position Compensation Info The U.S. salary range for this position is $50,000.00–$88,500.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity. Benefits and perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of employment with Deltek.
