As an Account Development Executive, you’ll be the face of this program—building partnerships with local businesses, presenting a new delivery model, and helping companies join a Hub Delivery Partner Program. Compensation & Commission Structure
Uncapped annual commission averaging $15,000–$25,000+
Additional monthly incentives for hitting goals
$0.70/mile reimbursement
What You’ll Do
Visit prospective local businesses door‑to‑door within a 90‑minute radius
Present and pitch the Hub Delivery Partner Program
Qualify businesses and assist them through the application/vetting process
Track all leads and manage your pipeline in Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in organizing community recruitment events (lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats)
Build relationships with local chambers of commerce, community influencers, and economic development groups
Import and manage weekly Excel reports within Salesforce
Collaborate with a team of Field Managers and local contractors to drive program success
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales or customer service experience
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills
Field sales or door‑to‑door experience is a plus
Negotiation or consultative sales experience preferred
Local candidates strongly preferred
High professionalism, strong urgency, and a team‑first mindset
Tech‑savvy; comfortable working with multiple systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round‑trip daily
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.50/hr.
